Graduate Work Program

Work Programs That Work

Di Bruno Bros. and St. James School have created the first work placement pipeline which for the school, which provides real-life paid internship experiences for graduates.

Alumni in grades 9-12 apply for open positions, create and submit a resumé with cover letter, then participate in a formal interview. Students who show promise are offered summer and weekend positions like: cashier, customer service representative, and inventory monitoring. Graduates are matched with a professional mentor, who assist them with the transition to the professional work environment. Graduates of St. James School logged over 500 hours of work experience in the program’s inaugural year.
