High School Placement is about collaborating with each student and family to find the best fit high school for their individual needs, goals, and strengths. The team works to prepare students and families for the transition to high school through a combination of academic readiness and guided exploration of school options.

After best-fit options have been identified, we help students and families gain a thorough and holistic understanding of each school’s culture and program. We assist them in navigating the application process – which is different for each school –  ensuring deadlines are met, materials are submitted, and decisions are made collaboratively.

Applying for Financial Aid

Processes vary by school. We assist families in providing the required documents, which typically include a W-2, IRS form 1040, and benefits statements such as SNAP, SSI, and VA benefits. We also help families navigate the online application platform, which may be FACTS, Clarity, Finalsite, or TADS.
