Food, Health & Clothing

More than Good food. Shared freely with everyone. Rooted in community.

Food sharing is a way we care for one another and build a community in which everyone has what they need to thrive. Our Food Sharing Community Action provides consistent access to fresh, nourishing food along with opportunities to build relationships. We also offer health coaching to support whole-person wellness as well as low-cost, fashionable clothing and home decor.

Weekly Farmers Market

Held Saturdays at 9:00 am, year-round, rain or shine, our weekly farmers market is free and open to all. Many neighbors visit the farmers market every week to pick up food, connect, share stories, and support one another. You can access a wide range of items, including:

  • Fresh fruits and vegetables
  • Meats and proteins
  • Non-perishable pantry staples
  • Bread and baked goods

It takes many hands and many donations – large and small – to sustain the farmers market. To learn about volunteering, fill out our interest form.

Student Pop-Up Market

During the school year, we bring food sharing directly to students through our weekly pop-up market on Tuesdays at St. James School. This ensures young people and their families have consistent access to healthy food in a familiar and trusted space.

Community Fridge and Pantry

Our community fridge and pantry are located on campus and always available – day or night, 24/7 – for anyone who needs food. Neighbors are encouraged to take what they need and leave what they can. It’s a simple model built on trust, dignity, and shared responsibility.

Health Coaching: Growing Well Together

Taking care of your health is a lifelong journey – and you don’t have to do it alone. Wherever you are on your journey, our health coaching program will meet you there. We offer individual coaching and a weekly group session on Saturdays from 11:00 am – 12:30 pm. Join us to be seen, heard, and supported while learning, growing, and building community together.

Led by Tiana Jones, The Welcome Table’s Assistant Director and Integrative Health Coach, the health coaching program helps participants reduce stress and build healthier habits in realistic, accessible ways that actually stick. Topics include:

  • Nutrition & balanced eating
  • Exercise & discipline
  • Building and sustaining healthy habits
  • Stress management & meditation
  • Understanding chronic illness in our community
