The Welcome Table will start up an Economic Mobility program in fall 2026. Shaped by our experience with a pilot guaranteed income program launched in January 2025, we will be expanding our investment in long-term financial stability and economic opportunity for neighbors.
We Will Invest in People
Working side-by-side with program participants, we will provide direct cash support, build financial skills, and create pathways to greater stability. This work is rooted in trust. We believe people know what they need. By listening closely and providing consistent support, we are building a program shaped by the experiences and goals of our community.
We Will Create Opportunities
Program components are:
- Guaranteed Income: We provide cash each month – no strings attached – so participants can meet their needs and plan for the future. Click here to learn more.

- Community Support: We connect neighbors to resources, relationships, and opportunities that strengthen long-term stability.
