We Accept Applications All Year
St. James operates on the basis of rolling admissions, accepting applications and supplemental materials all year, filling spots as they become available, and placing others on a waitlist. Our decision to enroll an eligible child is based on an extensive review process.
Who Can Apply
We will consider your child for admission if your family meets these three criteria:
- You live in the catchment area (see map), south of Abbotsford, north of York Street, east of Ridge Avenue, and west of 17th Street
- Your child is eligible for the Free and Reduced Price Lunch Program
- If invited to enroll, your child will attend the July summer program

Supporting Documents Required
After completing the Admissions Interest Form, you will receive an email explaining next steps. To prepare, begin collecting the following supporting information and documents which you will then be able to upload to BlackBaud.
- Most recent report card
- Copy of up-to-date household financial information (1040, W-2, COMPASS, SNAP, TANF, SSI and/or 3-4 recent paystubs)
- Email addresses for two or more recommenders for your student, one must be their current teacher
- Proof of address
