Dear Neighbors and Friends,
Interested families can conveniently complete the application online (click here), download the application, call the school to have an application mailed home, or come pick up an application at our front desk any day. We are currently accepting applications for the 2024-2025 school year. St. James currently serves students in grades 4th – 8th.
Spots fill quickly, we encourage early applications and submission of supplementary materials.

Admissions Requirements
- Families must live south of Abbotsford, north of York, east of Ridge, and west of 17th
- Families must be eligible for the Free and Reduced Price Lunch Program
- If invited, students must attend the July summer programming (2024 dates: July 8-26).
Application Elements
- Completed digital or paper application
- A recent report card
- A copy of up-to-date household financial information (1040, W-2, COMPASS, SNAP, TANF, SSI and/or 3-4 recent paystubs)
- Two or more letters of recommendation
- Proof of address
