Tynae, ’16
Future Veterinarian

Meet Tynae

Class of 2016, Future Veterinarian

At St. James School, Tynae truly blossomed. She excelled inside the classroom as well as participated in numerous activities outside the classroom including school musicals, student ambassadors, art honor society, and as a Senior Chicken Tender. Her outstanding achievements, bubbly personality, and enthusiasm earned her a coveted scholarship to Cristo Rey Philadelphia High School for 9th grade. In high school, Tynae has been on the honor roll twice this year and made the varsity volleyball team. Tynae has a passion for animals (especially her pet rabbit) and hopes one day to become a veterinarian.

Tynae checks in regularly to connect with Graduate Support staff and—what else—see how the chickens are doing.

WE THANK YOU!

Your continued commitment to our work here in Allegheny West allows us to provide transformative experiences for students and families who would otherwise only have the neighborhood’s underperforming schools as their options. Your time, talents and treasure are giving our children a chance at something greater, opening doors to high school & beyond.
