An exciting new addition to the PA state tax program, OSTC, allows individuals to redirect tax liability to benefit the students of St. James School. It’s called Special Purpose Entity and it could bring much needed funding to help support our tuition-free model of education for students & families most in need in the city of Philadelphia.
